The Restaurant La Bussola was born in the 70s initially only as a fish restaurant but over the years we have expanded our services and today, in addition to the excellent typical Elban fish cuisine, we offer you an excellent homemade ice cream, among the best of the Elba island.
And not to neglect one of the most captivating moments of the day, just before dinner, we offer an unmissable aperitif time in front of a crystal clear sea, in one of the most beautiful locations on the island of Elba!
"The passion of our flavors, sometimes delicate and at other times aggressive and pungent, pushed me towards this profession.
The wise combination of our grandmothers, of food with our aromatic herbs such as: rosemary, sage, nepitella etc. forced me to include in our menu, some dishes of our traditional cuisine, which alternate to be able to return to my childhood flavors and offer guests something unforgettable."
